B.Tech Admissions–2026 (DASA)

After payment of Partial Admission Fee in DASA, follow these steps:

  • Amount to be paid = Rs.1,53,500 (excluding hostel rent and mess advance) - (minus) amount paid to DASA excluding processing charges [For more Payment Details: Click Here]
    After submitting the details, you will receive an automatic response. Admission is liable to be cancelled if fees are not paid by 18 August, 2026.
  • Physical reporting at IIIT Guwahati will take place from 13th to 18th August 2026 (Thursday to Tuesday, excluding Saturday and Sunday), between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Physical document verification will be done during physical reporting. (The list of documents to be presented is given in Annexure I below.)
  • The presence of parent/guardian is mandatory during physical document verification.
  • The Induction Programme will be held tentatively from 19th August 2026. Programme schedule will be available on the website soon. Please note the attendance in the Induction Programme is mandatory.

                                                                                                Annexure – I

Candidates are required to bring the original and self-attested photo copies of following document

List of documents
(I) Candidate’s passport (National of Nepal who do not have a password, copy of Authenticated Citizenship Card).
(II) Proof for date of birth (Secondary Education Board / University Certificate [Class X or equivalent] or any certificate issued by the Government authorities).
(III) Mark Sheet of 10th , 11th and 12th (or) Equivalent examination(s).
(IV) Certificate from School authorities in the format given in Annexure 11 (DASA Brochure) on letter head of the school) as proof of completion of 11th and 12th equivalent.
(V) Percentage/CGPA equivalence provided by the principal examination authorities, in case CGPA on a different scale than that specified is awarded OR if only grades are awarded.
(VI) Proof of 2 years of education (11th and 12th or equivalent) in foreign country in case of NRI (School leaving certificate/Mark sheets/Study Certificate as in Annexure 13 of DASA Brochure)
(VII) Medical Certificate (in specified Format available with this Information brochure as annexure 10 of DASA Brochure).
(VIII) OCI certificate/ PIO card, if applicable.
(IX) Candidates applying under CIWG category are required to produce all the following documents in addition with the above-mentioned documents during document upload phase:
                     (a) Copy of the passport of the parent working in the gulf.
                     (b) Copy of Parent’s visa with a validity on any date in the year 2026.
                     (c) Copy of Parent’s work permit with a validity on any date in the year 2026
                     (d) 3 Certificate from the company/organization as proof that parent is working OR was working till any date in the year 2026, in gulf country as per format                                                given in Annexure 12 of DASA Brochure.

Important Note:

  1. In case, 12th standard or equivalent examination is not completed yet AND/OR, 12th standard or equivalent results not yet declared OR Results declared and applied for re-totaling/re-evaluation, the candidate is required to upload an undertaking as per format given in Annexure 14 of DASA Brochure that they must submit their final results latest by September 30, 2026.
  2. If the original certificates are not in English/Hindi, English/Hindi version/translation of such certificates, duly certified by the Principal/Director or other competent authority of the graduating Institute, will be required during the document verification process.
  3. The candidate's name should be consistently the same in passport and all required certificates.
  4. Original documents are to be produced at the time of document verification process at the allotted Institute.
