General Information:
The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Degrees/Diplomas as referred above are those which have been awarded by a recognized university/Institution.
Mere fulfilment of the minimum qualification will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for the written test/skill test/interview.
The institute reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for written test/skill test/interview based on qualification and experience and the number of applications received.
Incomplete applications or application without self-attested copies of certificates or received after the last date are liable to rejection.
All posts are initially on contract for three years to serve as probation period; to be placed in regular service thereafter.

Other requirements:
Junior Technical Superintendent (ECE): Please note that the Diploma is 3 years post HSLC Diploma as offered by the state Council of Technical Education, Govt. of Assam or Equivalent. Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering(with Electronics Subject), Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Diploma in computer Engineering or Information Technology. Desirable; familiarity with use of oscilloscope, digital circuits, analog circuits.
Junior Accounts Officer: Must have familiarity with and experience in using basic accounting principles. Must have knowledge of payroll preparation, budgeting, taxation, Tally and accounting softwares, preparing Annual Accounts statement etc.
